Will I receive the same product that I see in the picture?

Yes. Each product image is a true representation of the actual item you will receive. We take great care to ensure our photography accurately reflects the craftsmanship, materials, and details of every piece. However, as many of our luxury items are handcrafted or made from natural materials, slight variations in texture or finish may occur — these are not flaws, but rather unique characteristics that make your piece one of a kind.

Where can I view my sales receipt?

Once your purchase is complete, your sales receipt will be automatically sent to your email. Please check your inbox (and spam/junk folder, just in case). If you created an account with us, you can also log in and view all your past orders and receipts in the My Account or Order History section.

How can I return an item?

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you’re not, you may request a return within [15] days of receiving your order.

Will you restock items indicated as “out of stock?”

Some of our items are limited edition or handcrafted in small batches, which means they may not be restocked once sold out. However, for select pieces, we do offer restocks based on demand and availability of materials.
